Sales Account Manager

Win new accounts, expand existing accounts, and provide exceptional service to all active and prospective customers. Work directly with recruiters and customer support to ensure clients' hiring needs and contract employees' payroll expectations are met. Perform cold calls to decision makers at targeted accounts and conduct well-prepared face-to-face meetings to qualify business and create value. Maximize profitability by effectively negotiating bill rates and terms while building relationships within accounts by providing quality contractors. Manage recruiting partners by reinforcing recruiting fundamentals, requiring accountability, and providing consistent feedback. Base salary of $60,000 with unlimited earning potential through weekly commission, plus car and phone stipends, medical/dental/vision, HSA, 401k, and 20 days of paid time off. Bachelor's degree preferred with 2+ years of corporate sales or recruiting experience.
