Job Summary
Outside Account Executive in Peoria, IL to drive growth for Rewards Network’s local restaurant portfolio. Responsibilities include prospecting and acquiring new customers through cold calling and door-to-door sales (25+ daily), scheduling in-person meetings with decision-makers, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, meeting and exceeding quotas, maintaining comprehensive sales records in Salesforce, and collaborating with internal teams to align goals and product offerings. The role emphasizes in-person customer engagement in the Peoria, IL territory, relationship-building with new leads and existing customers, and presenting offerings that drive revenue and loyalty program participation. Qualifications include 4+ years of outside sales experience, the ability to discuss financials with customers, proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office/Outlook, and a high school diploma. Salary includes base pay $70,000–$75,000 with uncapped commissions and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of proven success in outside sales
- Proven experience with high volume sales in financial services, marketing, restaurant or related industry
- Prospector mentality with a persistent, self-motivated approach to new business development in a field sales environment
- Strong financial acumen and ability to discuss fees, acceptance, and financials with customers
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to present to prospective customers
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, and familiarity with MS Office/Outlook
- High school diploma or equivalent
