Job Summary
Train-through-progression role focusing on foundational sales, operations, and customer service within IEL’s Sales Academy. Responsibilities include participating in new hire training, conducting outbound prospecting, building a personal book of business, negotiating rates, posting loads, carrier setup, dispatch, invoice review, AR follow-up, and delivering excellent customer relationship management. Develop skills in CRM, load-board software, Microsoft Office, and fielding inquiries while collaborating with management and peers to advance to a Logistics Account Executive II. Emphasizes relationship-building, operational execution, compliance with The IEL Way, and ongoing professional development in a fast-moving logistics environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete IEL’s New Hire Training Program
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

- Post-secondary education in business, sales or logistics preferred
- Strong work ethic
- Effective problem-solving skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
