Job Summary
Conduct monthly sales target achievement through cold calling, telemarketing, and referrals for new and existing subscribers. Prepare security designs, proposals, and contracts while delivering sales presentations and negotiations. Manage post-sales activities including customer service, relation management, and coordinating installation of secured contracts and telephone lines. Chase payment status from customers and participate in customer rapport programs. Collect market and competitor information, network with contractors for new leads, and assist in qualifying sales enquiries. Ensure overall safety performance and meet customer quality specifications during daily works.
