Job Summary
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their business needs and objectives. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close sales while ensuring mutual benefit and compliance with company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product delivery, resolve client issues, and support account growth. Track sales activities and pipeline status using CRM tools to provide accurate forecasts and reports to management. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relatable sales account management experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to efficiently process information and utilize problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to clients
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively both independently, as well as with a team
- Advanced computer skills required
- Experience with a CRM for Sales Management - HubSpot experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Marketing experience preferred
- Underwriting, research or paralegal background beneficial
