Job Summary
The Sales Account Executive is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets by developing long-term advertising relationships within assigned territories. This role requires effective communication skills, motivation to learn and adapt to new technologies, cold calling ability, and a knack for building trust with clients. A college degree, sales experience, and competency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems are preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and should demonstrate resilience and self-motivation in a fluctuating work environment. The position offers a combination of salary and commission, with uncapped earning potential.
Required Qualifications
- Comfort making cold calls over the phone and in-person
- Ability to make oral presentations and clearly articulate policies and procedures

- Motivation to learn new technology and systems
- Ability to exhibit effective time management and self-organization
- Willingness to immerse in the outdoor advertising industry and sell its benefits
- Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing

- Ability to meet sales quota and utilize general sales techniques
- Intrinsic self-motivation to overcome challenges and meet goals
- Resilience in response to rejection
- Current and Valid Driver’s License required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Outdoor Advertising sales experience preferred
- CRM experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
