Required Qualifications

  • 4-7+ years of experience in complex SaaS sales
  • proven track record in selling to public sector or complex procurement cycles
  • excellent Italian and English language proficiency
  • experience as first commercial or country opener in an Italian-speaking market is a plus
  • ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals and 6-9 month sales cycles
  • full-cycle SaaS sales experience including pipeline building, outreach, and closing
  • based in Milan and able to travel for in-person meetings across Italy
  • familiarity with SaaS methodologies, strategic accounts, and pre-sales
