Sales Account Executive

Job Summary
Sales Account Executive with responsibility for sales in the New England territory, targeting pharma/biotech/cosmetics/Med Device and related FDA-monitored industries. Responsibilities include territory management with customer visits, building relationships with internal and external customers, achieving YoY sales growth and gross margin targets, managing expenses, developing new business in the territory, and leveraging Microsoft Office. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or life sciences and at least 5 years of outside sales experience; travel is required within the territory and lifting 40–60 lbs may be necessary. Knowledge of cGMP, ISO, and change control processes is a plus; capability to apply account-development strategies from R&D to Production to QC is desirable. Remote work option within the New England territory and competitive salary with benefits provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry, biology, or the life sciences
- Minimum of 5 years of successful outside sales experience
- Experience in chemical sales industry is a plus
- A sales background in life science, chemistry, biology, or other scientific products is a plus
- Ability to travel and lift/carry between 40 & 60 lbs.
