Job Summary
Plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements. Retain existing clients while acquiring new customers. Negotiate pricing and terms for assigned accounts and new customers. Attend trade shows and exhibitions; analyze market and competitors; build relationships with key decision makers; manage A/R and pricing/margin within accounts; ensure supplier and distributor performance; contribute to growth strategies across target markets. Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish preferred; strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AS 400; independent and results-driven with ability to manage multiple accounts and budgets.
