Job Summary
As an experienced Sales Account Executive, you will lead business development and client relationship efforts across Europe, focusing on the infrastructure sector. Responsibilities include engaging potential clients, managing the full business development cycle, building relationships with enterprise and government clients, and collaborating with marketing to execute targeted campaigns. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3–5+ years of enterprise sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently. Travel is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably within infrastructure, SaaS, construction tech, or engineering services
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise-level buying processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Willingness to travel as required
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with European public procurement processes (federal, state, municipal)
- Able and keen to work in a lean, fast-paced, continuously growing environment
