Job Summary
Sales Account Executive responsible for driving new business growth for APA-powered automation solutions. Leads account strategies, conducts on-site and remote customer meetings with demonstrations and POCs, collaborates with Sales Engineering to address technical inquiries, coordinates RFX responses, and ensures alignment between solution design and client requirements. Requires a strong enterprise software background, ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders, experience with channel partners, and a willingness to travel. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with 7+ years of full sales cycle experience in computer software and English proficiency at B1 or higher; travel up to 50% is expected. This role emphasizes owning new business bookings, leading discussions and presentations, generating leads at events, and driving large enterprise deals in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 7+ years of full sales cycle experience in the computer software industry
- Strong track record in managing an existing customer base and driving expansion bookings
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Willingness and ability to travel 25% to 50% of time
- Experience with enterprise software architecture and technologies; knowledge of business process management; consultative selling skills
