Sales Account Director - Esports/Gaming Experience

Job Summary
Activate established networks with brands, agencies, and gaming stakeholders to secure meetings and drive high-value partnerships. Design and execute sales strategies to close key deals, oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation, and structure strategic proposals aligned with client goals. Mentor junior team members, set KPIs, and refine internal processes to enhance scalability while forecasting revenue and tracking key metrics for the executive team. Partner with creative and production teams to ensure seamless campaign execution. This role requires fluency in English and 1–2 years of sales experience within gaming or digital entertainment. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 11am to 7pm.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing within a gaming, digital entertainment, or creative agency environment
- Proven track record of generating revenue through an established network of contacts
- Deep understanding of the gaming, esports, creator economy, and digital culture
- Strong executive presence with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Highly organized, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strategic mindset
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong commercial instincts
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Working hours: Mon to Fri, 11am to 7pm
