Required Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
  • At least one year of customer service or account support
  • Experience in logistics, international trade, or customs is a major plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • CRM systems experience
  • CargoWise, Canva, or Tableau preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
