Job Summary
Proactive account management and onboarding to nurture relationships with existing clients; identify cross-service growth opportunities and execute re-engagement strategies. Use CargoWise, Tableau, and Excel to track activity and prepare KPI reports while traveling ~50% within the Milwaukee/Madison area for client meetings and trade shows. Hybrid in-office schedule Tue–Thu with a focus on service-support excellence and potential progression into broader business development or leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
- At least one year of customer service or account support
- Experience in logistics, international trade, or customs is a major plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- CRM systems experience
- CargoWise, Canva, or Tableau preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
