Job Summary
Shift Leader at Crumbl Cookies in Salem, NH. Morning shifts from 6:00 AM with potential end by 12–1 PM; responsible for leading and supporting the team during active shifts, overseeing day-to-day store operations (cookie preparation, baking, quality checks, customer service, cash handling), and assigning/rotating team members to stations to meet daily goals. Requires prior leadership experience, strong communication, ability to use POS systems, multitasking, and a proactive, upbeat approach. Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation and can stand for extended periods while lifting up to 25 lbs. Friday and Saturday availability is required; full-time and part-time roles available. Salary range is $18-$21 per hour including tips, with benefits for full-time roles such as PTO, health insurance options, weekend off, product discounts, referral bonuses, and tuition assistance.
