Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end processes and flows on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and web technologies. Maintain and produce new system functions while documenting object-level processes and creating user guides. Assist in delivering system changes and training for key users, ensuring the reliability of connected services. Debug cross-system issues by analyzing integrations and Salesforce platform dependencies. This role supports the Operations team at Epos Now, a fintech provider helping small businesses grow globally through cloud-based payments and POS software.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and related technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, SOQL and Lightning
- Knowledge of Web Technologies including HTML/CSS/JavaScript Java/Java Frameworks or Apex/Visualforce
- Experience with web services and APIs
- Experience debugging cross-system issues, and understanding where bugs might lie due to knowledge of the Salesforce platform, integrations and systems that Salesforce relies on
- Strong problem solving skills, logical thinking & quick to understand new processes and systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in word processing
