Job Summary
Senior-level Sale Support Manager overseeing end-to-end contract administration and sales support. Responsibilities include ensuring contracts are accurate, compliant, and completed timely; overseeing drafting, routing, approvals, and repository management; developing standard templates; implementing automation to reduce manual tasks; redefining the Sales Contracting Playbook; and collaborating across sales, legal, finance, and operations. Key KPIs include contract turnaround time, target achievement, and customer/sales feedback collection on ease of doing business. Requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, contract law knowledge, and ability to communicate across diverse audiences; 35% travel to customer sites; certification in CCCM or CPCM a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Knowledge of applicable supply agreement standards including legal language
- Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) implementation and management
- Ability to travel to meet customers or customer projects sites up to 35% of the time
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word to manage redlines and coordinate internal stakeholder review
- Ability to oversee end-to-end contract management process from drafting to final execution
- Experience creating and maintaining standard contract templates
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Ability to implement automation and technology solutions to streamline contract processes
