Job Summary
Promote Nightingale's home health services to physicians, hospitals, and the community while collaborating with directors on market strategies and goals. Create and present monthly action plans, represent the company at professional and community events, and resolve referral source concerns quickly. Maintain a professional image, stay current on home healthcare rules and trends, and ensure strong communication skills. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of home health experience, a valid driver's license, and Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM availability. Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of home health or patient navigation experience
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
