Job Summary
The Salary & Compensation Specialist will manage HRIS data in ADP Workforce Now, process status changes, hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and compensation changes; generate recurring and ad-hoc HR reports; support system upgrades and testing; provide end-user training for ADP; conduct data audits and data cleanup; collaborate with HR, Payroll, and leaders to ensure data integrity and compliant system utilization; contribute to system enhancements and implementations.
Required Qualifications
- Min of 2-4 years HRIS experience
- Hands-on experience working in ADP (Workforce Now or similar) in prior HR roles.
- Strong understanding of HR data, employee lifecycle processes, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in HR reporting, data validation, and Excel or similar tools.
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or user acceptance testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders.
