Job Summary
Salaried Restaurant Manager at Wendy’s responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading and developing a team, ensuring high standards of customer service, managing financial performance, controlling labor and inventory costs, enforcing food safety and sanitation standards, and driving sales and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, quick-service environment. Required Qualifications
