Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including selecting, developing, and managing staff performance while ensuring health and safety regulations are followed. Deliver superior guest service by responding accurately to complaints and organizing shifts to maximize satisfaction. Assist the General Manager with setting company policies, recruiting new employees, and conducting regular performance assessments. Prepare reports for upper management and ensure staff adhere to organizational standards. Requires open availability including weekends and holidays, with a minimum of two years in full-service dining.
