Salaried Physical Therapist Full Time 15K Sign On Bonus

Perform initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate mobility, coordination, strength, and functional levels. Administer, evaluate, and interpret tests to determine functional goals and outcomes, then provide written evaluations and plans of care defining needs, progress, and expected results. Deliver physical therapy services in compliance with physician orders while maintaining plans through timely documentation, goal modification, and discharge care planning. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and caretakers on home exercise plans and discharge protocols. Document according to policy to prevent technical or clinical denials and serve as a clinical resource for staff. Supervise personnel such as PTAs and HHAs where applicable and complete OASIS assessments where permitted.
