Salaried Physical Therapist Full Time 15K Sign On Bonus

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate mobility, coordination, strength, and functional level. Deliver physical therapy services complying with physician orders while administering, evaluating, and interpreting tests to determine functional goals and outcomes. Provide written evaluations and plans of care, modify treatment as needed, and coordinate discharge planning with healthcare teams and caregivers. Maintain documentation for compliance and payer review, complete OASIS assessments where permitted, and supervise personnel such as PTAs and HHAs. Perform duties with minimal supervision while adhering to all licensure regulations and patient care standards.
