Salaried Physical Therapist Full Time 15K Sign On Bonus

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate mobility, coordination, strength, and current function. Administer, evaluate, and interpret tests to determine functional goals, then provide written evaluations defining needs, progress, and expected outcomes. Deliver physical therapy services per physician orders while maintaining plans through timely documentation, goal modification, and discharge care planning. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and caretakers on home exercise plans and coordinate with the broader healthcare team. Supervise PTAs and HHAs as applicable, complete OASIS assessments where permitted, and ensure all documentation meets payer standards to avoid denials. Maintain effective communication with staff and families while serving as a clinical resource consultant. Requires a Physical Therapy degree, current unrestricted license, CPR certification, and drivers license.
