Salaried Physical Therapist Full Time 15K Sign On Bonus

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate mobility, coordination, strength, and functional levels. Deliver physical therapy services complying with physician orders while administering, evaluating, and interpreting tests to determine functional goals and outcomes. Provide written evaluations and plans of care, documenting client performance, modifying treatment as needed, and determining discharge care plans. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and caretakers on discharge education and home exercise plans. Supervise personnel including PTAs and HHAs where applicable. Complete OASIS assessments and ensure documentation meets payer standards to prevent technical or clinical denials.
