Job Summary
As a Salaried Financial Advisor, you will provide tailored advice on financial products while ensuring high-quality customer service. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer needs to create effective solutions, managing customer relationships through CRM systems, and developing business opportunities. Required skills include consultative selling, customer service, strategic selling, and the ability to build trust. Candidates must have a Grade 12 qualification, a valid driver's license, and at least three years of sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid Driver’s licence and Own Car
- FAIS Compliance
- Clear criminal and credit check
- Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Additional Requirements
- The appointment will be made from the designated group in line with the Employment Equity Plan of Old Mutual South Africa
