Job Summary
As a Salaried Financial Advisor at Old Mutual, you will provide personalized advice on financial products to allocated markets while being accountable for achieving results. Your role includes delivering exceptional customer service, analyzing problems for effective solutions, and developing customer relationships. Duties involve managing CRM data for sales efficiency, identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, ensuring operational compliance, and actively participating in networking activities to elevate the organization's presence. Required skills include building trust, consultative selling, and strong communication abilities with a focus on customer needs and relationship management.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid Driver’s licence and Own Car
- FAIS Compliance
- Clear criminal and credit check
- Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)
- Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
