Job Summary
The Salaried Financial Advisor role focuses on providing quality customer service while identifying business opportunities. Responsibilities include analyzing problems to provide solutions, managing customer relationships through CRM systems, developing networks, ensuring operational compliance with policies, and assisting in business development activities. Key skills include consultative selling, building trust, and customer-focused service. Candidates must possess a Grade 12 (Matric) education, a valid driver’s license, and at least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid Driver’s licence and Own Car
- FAIS Compliance
- Clear criminal and credit check
- Minimum of 3 years working experience (preferably in sales)
Desired Qualifications
- Presentations skills an added advantage
- Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Additional Requirements
- The appointment will be made from the designated group in line with the Employment Equity Plan of Old Mutual South Africa and the specific business unit in question.
