Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, increasing profit and enhancing the guest experience. Achieve proper staffing levels using Friendly's hiring methods and standards while controlling food costs through monthly inventory and key item tracking. Review weekly and monthly P&L reports for revenue control and action planning. Ensure adherence to all Friendly's food handling procedures, recipes, and standard operating procedures. Lead crew training, orientation, and on-boarding paperwork while retaining team members through engagement and development. Handle recruitment, selection, guest feedback score analysis, and local store marketing initiatives. Monitor service maintenance, source bids, and approve invoices for payment. Partner with teams to demonstrate leadership, integrity, and motivation to drive results.
