Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day security operations, personnel management, and client relationships for hospital security services. Interview and train new hires, manage schedules, and conduct performance evaluations while ensuring regulatory compliance. Lead site inspections, coordinate emergency responses, and manage incident investigations through surveillance review and detailed reporting. Serve as the primary liaison for client leadership, address concerns promptly, and prepare operational metrics for monthly reviews. Maintain compliance files, staffing records, and training documentation to uphold service delivery standards. Prior hospital security experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of security experience

- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to conduct investigations and prepare professional reports
- Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV operations, and physical security best practices
- Valid driver's license
