Job Summary
Prepare antipasti and salads according to recipes and plating standards. Wash, chop, and portion fresh ingredients daily, then arrange dishes with precision and artistry. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station while working closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service. AM/PM availability is preferred. This role supports our award-winning Italian restaurant, which blends classic flavors with a modern twist using premium imported ingredients and fresh local produce across three Hawaii locations.
