Salad Bar Manager New Hope PA

Direct and manage all functions and activities of the salad bar department to achieve sales and profit goals. Carry out merchandising programs, order merchandise, and control inventory while coordinating displays, signs, and product arrangements. Supervise and provide in-depth training for department personnel, prepare work schedules, and approve time cards for payroll. Insure company policies are followed, products are prepared and restocked according to approved procedures, and safe food handling standards are met. Maintain and submit all required records and reports on a timely basis, evaluate subordinate performance, and recommend raises, promotions, or terminations. Assist the Store Manager with interviewing applicants and recommend hires. Perform all functions of clerks in the department when necessary.
