Salad Bar

Maintain a clean and organized workspace by storing, labeling, and rotating products according to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Follow HMS operational policies for cash handling and guest count reporting while welcoming every customer personally with eye contact and by answering product questions. Requires occasional lifting up to 40 lbs, constant standing and walking, and the ability to work as part of a team. Must pass a background check and drug screen. This onsite food service role supports residential dining, catering, and retail operations featuring made-to-order meals, fresh salads, soups, and hot entrees.
