Job Summary
Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep responsibilities include: preparing and presenting all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipes in an efficient manner; ensuring high-quality inventory and proper storage, and tracking expiration dates; maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas; completing beginning or closing shift duties; and supporting management as needed. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work at a quick pace. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
