Prepare antipasti and salads according to recipes and plating standards while washing, chopping, and portioning fresh ingredients daily. Arrange dishes with precision and artistry, maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked station. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during peak hours. AM/PM availability is preferred.
