Salad and Sandwich Maker

As a Restaurant Team Member at Panera Bread, you’ll be the heart of hospitality, greeting guests and delivering warm, friendly service. Responsibilities include assembling fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care across areas such as Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Drive-Thru, Barista, and Guest Experience, while maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment in accordance with food safety standards. You’ll stay flexible to daily priorities, assist with stocking and setup for the next shift, and help create moments of comfort and joy for guests. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
