Job Summary
Join our vibrant casual dining restaurant as a Salad and Dessert Prep Cook, responsible for preparing fresh salads, desserts, and side dishes per standardized recipes and customer specifications. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of high-volume restaurant experience, a strong understanding of food safety practices, and excellent communication skills to thrive in a collaborative kitchen environment. This full-time position offers competitive pay of $20-$22/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high volume restaurants
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a prep or salad station role
- Solid understanding of food safety and cleanliness practices
