Job Summary
Support the team with tire changes, basic maintenance, and logistics tasks in the workshop. Rotate through early and late shifts in a two-shift system, handling wheel balancing, changing, cleaning, and storing tires while assisting with simple repairs. Manage warehouse operations by receiving goods, unloading trucks, and organizing inventory. Work full-time (40 hours/week) with a five-day schedule from Monday to Saturday, requiring physical stamina for up to eight hours of standing and walking daily. Ideal for motivated students, apprentices, or career changers with relevant experience in tire or automotive service.
Required Qualifications
- Körperlich fit und belastbar (Stehen und Gehen bis zu 8 Std./Tag)
- Bereitschaft zu zeitweise schwerem Heben
- Motivierter Student (m/w/d), Schüler (m/w/d) ab 18 Jahren, Quereinsteiger (m/w/d) oder pensionierte Fachkraft
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Saison- oder Reifengeschäft als Reifenhelfer, Reifenmonteur, Lagerhelfer, Monteur, Servicemechaniker oder Vulkaniseur oder aus vergleichbaren praktischen Tätigkeiten im Kfz- und Reifenbereich
- Gutes technisches Grundverständnis
- Du packst gerne praktisch mit an und hast Interesse an Fahrzeugtechnik und Abläufen
- Führerschein bzw. Fahrerlaubnis (Klasse B) in Deutschland wünschenswert
