Job Summary
Review VKYC workflows to identify bottlenecks and support redesigning customer journeys for improved approval rates. Assist in implementing automation solutions, including AI-based verification and automated checklists, to streamline the onboarding process. Support compliance with regulatory guidelines and quality assurance frameworks to reduce errors and manage risks. Monitor performance metrics such as turnaround time and agent productivity, and help build dashboards to share insights. Work alongside Product, Tech, and Compliance teams to manage project documentation, User Acceptance Testing, and timeline tracking. This six-month returnship in Mumbai offers a pathway to full-time conversion based on performance, with mentorship and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and counseling support.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience
