Job Summary
Saint Laurent is seeking a Senior Department Manager in Rome to lead a luxury department, drive sales, recruit and develop staff, and uphold brand image. The role requires extensive experience in luxury retail, strong leadership, and a passion for fashion and customer experience. The Department Manager will implement HQ-driven action plans, ensure compliance with processes, and build relationships with Top Clients and VIPs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum significant experience in luxury goods or premium retail
- Managerial experience with team leadership and coaching
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship management
- Product sensitivity and knowledge of fashion trends
- Ability to recruit, develop and retain customers; manage customer portfolio
- Excellent communication with Store Director and HQ; report and implement action plans
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

- High availability and responsiveness
