Job Summary
Regularly report day-to-day ship operations starting from cargo receiving activities on board; report problems during shipping operations; check documents such as delivery documents and invoices; optimize resource utilization and provide ship position updates; update stakeholders on daily tasks including ship activities, personnel, refinery and fleet changes. Ensure the Integrated Management System is implemented and risks are documented and controlled; promote adherence to IMS requirements; participate in investigations of accidents or unsafe actions/conditions and provide accurate information; engage in information security controls to protect company information assets. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Transportation, Logistics or a related field, proficiency in English, detail-oriented documentation skills, creative problem-solving abilities to improve processes, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
