Job Summary
Design and implement enterprise Non-Employee Risk Management solutions using SailPoint technologies, defining onboarding and offboarding lifecycles for external users. Architect risk-based access controls, integrate with vendor management systems and HR platforms, and enforce compliance and security controls for third-party identity. Provide guidance on risk scoring models, periodic access reviews, and governance workflows while collaborating with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams. Develop architecture documentation, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives related to automation and operational efficiency. Support enterprise transformation programs involving IAM modernization and security governance enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management
