Job Summary
SailPoint Developer to design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ/IdentityNow. Responsibilities include developing and customizing connectors, workflows, and rules (Java/BeanShell), building and integrating REST APIs for application onboarding, and performing installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and deployments of SailPoint solutions. Manage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance; troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis; collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM requirements; conduct testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer; support application maintenance, enhancements, and IAM operations. Required 3+ years of hands-on SailPoint experience, strong provisioning/certification/RBAC/policy enforcement skills, REST API integrations, Linux/Unix knowledge, and experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and scripting languages (JavaScript, XML, Perl). Preference for experience with complex enterprise IAM implementations and cloud-based IdentityNow; educational background in Computer Science/IT or related field.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow
- Strong experience in provisioning, certification, RBAC, policy enforcement
- Connector development and application onboarding
- Workflow and rule development (Java/BeanShell)
- Experience with REST API integrations and enterprise systems
- Good understanding of IAM/IGA concepts (RBAC, SOD, lifecycle management)
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
- Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
- Exposure to scripting/coding (JavaScript, XML, Perl, etc.)
- Any full-time graduate (preferably in Computer Science / IT or related field)
- Soft skills: analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management
- Experience in preparing technical documentation
