Job Summary
SailPoint Developer responsible for supporting and maintaining IAM solutions, including provisioning/de-provisioning and application integration with SailPoint IIQ, integrating with authentication and authorization workflows. Key tasks include creating requirement specifications, onboarding applications into the SailPoint platform, coordinating with change management, and delivering solutions across on-premise and cloud-like environments. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, LDAP/AD, DSML, Java, JavaScript, XML, and building custom connectors, plus knowledge of role engineering, SODs, access governance, and compliance, and the ability to work across global teams with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of formal education
- 3-7 years of professional work experience in IAM/SailPoint
- 3-5 years with enterprise IDM products
- SailPoint IdentityIQ experience
- Java, JavaScript, XML experience
- LDAP/Active Directory experience
- SailPoint IIIQ/IIQ, LCM and PE modules experience
- Access Governance and compliance knowledge
- Experience building custom connectors
- Experience with incident, service request and changes management within SLAs
