Job Summary
Develop and maintain SailPoint Identity IQ solutions using Java Beanshell while implementing full lifecycle processes for user provisioning, role management, and access reviews. Troubleshoot complex issues within the IAM environment and respond promptly to incidents to ensure minimal business disruption. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions within Agile team processes. Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and procedures. This role supports the organization's identity governance needs through expert-level problem-solving and rapid incident resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years
- Experience in IAM with a focus on SailPoint Identity IQ
- Proficient in Java Beanshell
- Strong understanding of user provisioning, role-based access control, and access review processes
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner
- Experience working in Agile teams and familiarity with Agile practices and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with incident management and the ability to respond to and resolve issues swiftly
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- SailPoint Identity IQ certification
- Familiarity with other IAM tools and technologies
- Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and integrations
- Understanding of security standards and compliance requirements related to IAM
