Job Summary
Maintain mill cleanliness and grounds, complete daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance tasks, and assist repair projects with maintenance staff and contractors. Operate light equipment safely and efficiently while managing inventory of macro and micro ingredients to ensure quality meets LNC standards. Follow company safety practices and OSHA standards, perform general housekeeping duties, and maximize crew efficiency. Ability to walk and stand for 10 hours/day and repetitively lift 50 lbs required; forklift, skid steer, and front-end loader experience preferred. Some weekends required in winter months. Familiarity with FSMA standards related to feed production is an asset.
