Job Summary
Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by assisting with personal hygiene, helping them achieve developmental goals like budgeting and nutrition, and fostering meaningful relationships that encourage community participation. Manage behavioral challenges and complex needs while taking initiative to help participants enjoy their favorite activities. Maintain valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance. Work full-time hours Monday through Friday from 7am to 11pm with a rotating schedule at various float locations. Required Qualifications
