Safety & Training Coordinator

Safety & Training Coordinator at Alliance Ground International (AGI) responsible for coordinating training programs across stations, conducting ad hoc station trainings, serving as liaison with insurers on pre- and post-loss control, maintaining injury and liability claim data, performing station-level statistical reporting and trend analysis, conducting internal safety audits, and developing policies and procedures to ensure OSHA compliance and a strong safety culture. Must have strong communication skills, be able to train others, and support safety and security procedures; requires US work authorization and a valid driver’s license; light travel may be implied for station coverage.
