Job Summary
Conduct training programs for employees, delivering subject presentations and managing group dynamics. Apply analytical thinking and research methods to develop content while utilizing computer software tools as needed. Perform routine duties within established policies, including complying with job site safety requirements and adhering to Turner's drug, alcohol, and contraband policy. Complete post-offer screening, physical evaluation, and signed acceptance of company policies. Requires three years of training experience, strong communication skills, and ability to multi-task without constant supervision. Non-exempt role reporting to the Site Manager or Department Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one (3) year of experience or equivalent combinations of experience and training in training topic / subject
- Minimum of one year of experience in the conducting training courses and subject presentations
- Knowledge of business machines, computers and/or software applications
- Candidate may be required to have knowledge of computer software such as Google Workspace, JD Edwards and other software as needed
- Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Candidate also must be able to multi-task and perform duties without constant supervision
- Must be able to think analytically and conceptually
