Safety Trainer

Safety Trainer to facilitate training sessions virtually and in-person across the ONxpress Civils project. Deliver high-quality safety training, promote a culture of safety and quality, interface with construction and tooling staff to determine training delivery methods, assist in developing training materials (lesson plans, practical evaluations, written exams), participate in training review meetings, identify gaps in HSS and Human Performance training, collaborate with operations to ensure training programs meet project needs, use metrics to drive continuous improvement of training strategies, and support educating project team members to perform tasks safely and efficiently. Role backfills as needed; strong communication and computer skills are required; compensation range is cited in the posting; AI screening may be employed as part of the process.
