Safety Technician (Phoenix, AZ) - Austin Industrial

Execute the site safety program on assigned projects by observing work, coaching, auditing, and engaging craft employee-owners. Build relationships with customer representatives, project staff, and subcontractor safety reps while ensuring compliance with company and customer policies. Assist in creating accurate safety reports, accident investigation documents, and staff training materials. Create and facilitate safety trainings and orientations aligned with project specifics. Help project supervision resolve safety problems and fill in for the site HSE manager during absences. Full-time role working 40 hours a week with no per diem or relocation assistance. Requires OSHA 30 certification and two years of maintenance and construction experience. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
